🛍️ What happens to my purchases?

Everything is exactly as you left it. Your PDFs are still yours, and your game codes still work the same as they did before. No action is needed on your end.

🎮 Did the games change at all?

Not one bit. The escape rooms are exactly the same as before, with the same questions, format, and quality you've come to expect. Only the name is new.

🔑 What's a game code?

We used to call these "access PINs," but we're now using the term "game code." Nothing has changed about how they work; your existing codes are still valid.

🔗 Where is playpuzzlepunks.com?

It automatically redirects to dingopunks.com. All of your old links and bookmarks will still take you to the right place. No need to update anything.

✨ Are you making new resources?

Absolutely! New escape rooms are planned monthly, and we have something special coming this back-to-school season. Keep an eye on your email.

💛 Why did you change your name?

We outgrew our old name and found one that better fits our world and where we're headed. Our mascot's name is J.J. Dingo — and Dingo Punks feels more like us and more like the big things we have planned. We hope you love it too!

🚧 Why do I still see "Puzzle Punks"?

We're in the middle of our transition, so you might notice a mix of old and new branding for a couple of weeks while we tidy up behind the scenes.
