Full Refund Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your escape room(s), let us know and we’ll give you a full refund — no questions asked. 3 limitations apply:

1. Refunds are capped at three escape rooms per educator.
2. Refunds must be requested within 180 days of purchase. 
3. Refunds must be requested before leaving a review.

How to Request a Refund

If purchased from our website: Email us through our contact page with your order number and the name of the escape room(s) in question. We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

If purchased from TPT: Email us through our contact page with your TPT order number and the name of the escape room(s) in question. TPT is stricter than us with direct refunds, so we have to submit the request on your behalf.
