Full Refund Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your escape room(s), let us know and we’ll give you a full refund — no questions asked. 3 limitations apply:

1. Refunds are capped at three escape rooms per educator.
2. Refunds must be requested within 180 days of purchase. 
3. Refunds must be requested before leaving a review.

How to Request a Refund

Email us through our contact page with your order number and the name of the escape room(s) in question. We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
